Luverene Few Bell

Mrs. Luverene Few Bell, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010 at her Repton residence.

Mrs. Bell was born in Escambia County and had been a resident of Repton for the past 36 years, coming from Brewton. She was a homemaker and was a member of Canaan Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Alton W. Bell and a brother, Mr. Hayward Few.

She is survived by three sons, Edward (Vicky) Bell of Range, Edwin (Hazel) Bell of Range, Alfred (Dorothy) Bell of Flomaton; three daughters, Adaline (James) Murphy of Fidelis, Wanda Bell of Range, and Donnie Bradley of Range; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 24, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Bruley and Rev. Frankie Bell officiating. Interment will follow in Canaan Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
