Morning Brewton area sports fans and welcome to Wednesday, Sept. 29’s edition of Adam’s Sports Spot blog. I hope the first half of the week has been a great one for you and that today and the rest of the week will be the same.

As of writing this blog this morning, fall is in the air. Don’t you just love a cool Friday night football game?

Well, we are already five games down into our 2010 football season and five more are left in the regular season.

As of now, T.R. Miller is 3-2 overall and 2-1 in region play while W.S. Neal is 0-5 and 0-3 in region play.

This week, both our teams are on the road, basically going the same direction, with W.S. Neal stopping in Monroeville to play Monroe County while T.R. Miller will head a few more miles on Highway 84 to Grove Hill to play Clarke County. Basically, Brewton and East Brewton will have a big long caravan until Monroeville Friday night.

Beware David’s Catfish House in Monroeville!!!!!
