Mrs. Annie Jo Partain, 69, died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2010, at a Mobile hospital. She was a native and resident of Conecuh County. She had been employed as a secretary/custodian for the Conecuh County Board of Education. She was preceded in death by her husbands, the Rev. C.D. Baggett and Bill Partain; and a daughter, Sally Margaret Baggett.

She is survived by a daughter, Carla Johnson of Pensacola, Fla.; a sister, Pat Salter of Evergreen; three grandchildren, Joshua Gray, Amanda Gray and Brandy Wright; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cope Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 15, at 10 a.m. at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Castleberry. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Cope Funeral Home directing.
