TRM baseball now 3-0

The T.R. Miller Tiger baseball team saw their record go to 3-0 with their third straight win to start the season (all against Atmore) as they defeated Escambia County 8-3 in the first game of the Escambia County Tournament Friday.
T.R. Miller led 3-1 after the first inning, 5-2 after the second inning, 6-2 after the third and 8-2 after the sixth inning. Escambia County added one run in the seventh inning as T.R. Miller won by five.
Ryan Hunt was 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and one RBI and scored two runs. Kevin Davis was 2-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored and Conner Denton was 1-for-3 with two runs scored and one RBI.
Caleb McAnally was 1-for-2 with a double and one run scored.
Hunt earned the win on the mound allowing two runs, one earned, three hits, one walk and struck out five while Jacob Fillmore also pitched allowing one run, two hits, and struck out five.
