In Tuesday Brewton Babe Ruth games in Brewton, the Cardinals and Indians picked up wins.
The Cardinals earned a 9-0 win over the Pirates in the early game while the Indians picked up a thrilling 7-6 win over the Orioles.
The Yankees had the night off.
With the wins for the Cardinals and Indians Tuesday, the two teams are tied for the top spot in the league with both having 3-1 records.
The Orioles dropped to 2-2 while the Yankees and Pirates are both 1-3.
In Thursday games, the Yankees were set to take on the Indians in East Brewton while the Pirates and Orioles were to tangle in the night game.
Games are set to resume Monday at T.R. Miller with the Cardinals playing the Orioles at 5:30 p.m. and the Yankees playing the Pirates at 7:30 p.m.

Cardinals 9, Pirates 0
The Cardinals held the Pirates to two hits and no runs Tuesday as they earned a 9-0 win to improve to 3-1 while the Pirates dropped to 1-3.
The Cardinals scored one run in the first, three in the second, four in the third and one in the fifth to get the win.
James Peach earned the win on the mound for the Cardinals. Peach went 4 1/3 innings allowing one hit, no runs, walked two, hit one and struck out three.
Darby Black went the final 1 2/3 innings allowing one hit, no runs, walked one and struck out three.
At the plate for the Cardinals, Nick Laster was 1-for-2 and Miles Powell was 1-for-3. Peach had one RBI along with Jones Manning.
Lowell Swain was 1-for-1 with a triple and three RBIs and Todd Mayo was 1-for-2 with a triple.
Jake Najor was 1-for-1 with a double and one RBI and Ethan Bollenbacher was 1-for-2 with a double and one RBI.
For the Pirates, Patrick Glass was 1-for-1 with a double and Dalton Smith was 1-for-2 for the lone two hits for the Pirates.
Glass started the game on the mound for the Pirates and took the loss going four innings and allowing five hits, eight runs, six earned, walked six, struck out three and hit three.
Taylor Elliott went the final inning and allowed one hit, one earned run, and walked one.

Indians 7, Orioles 6
Trailing 5-2 in the top of the fifth, the Indians rallied to take a 6-5 lead and won the game in the bottom of the sixth behind Keaton Parker’s game-winning hit and RBI to give the Indians a 7-6 win.
After rallying in the bottom of the fifth with four runs to take a 6-5 lead, the Orioles tied the game at 6-6 in the top of the sixth inning.
In the bottom of the sixth and one out, Dylan Etheridge roped a triple to put the winning run on third base for the Indians.
A pop fly made two outs in the game, but a walk to Brandon Carmichael and an intentional walk to Trippe Floyd loaded the bases for the Indians with two outs bring Parker to the plate.
Parker then hit a single up the middle to score Etheridge and the winning run for the Indians as they took a 7-6 win and improved to 3-1 and stayed tied for the top spot in the league.
The Orioles led 2-0 after the top of the first inning before the Indians cut the lead to 2-1 in the second.
Both teams would score one run in the third as the Orioles led 3-2/ In the fourth and fifth innings, the Indians scored one run each to take a 5-2 lead before the four-run fifth for the Indians.
At the plate for the Indians, Carmichael was 1-for-2 and Parker was 1-for-4 with two RBIs including the game-winning hit and RBI.
Tyler Joyner was 1-for-3 and Rob Stokes was 1-for-2. Etheridge was 1-for-2 with a triple in the win.
Joyner and Stokes pitched for the Indians with Joyner going the first three innings and Stokes going two. Parker closed out the game going one inning and picking up the win.
The trio allowed three hits, six runs, none earned, walked one and struck out six.
For the Orioles, Kieon Smith was 1-for-4 and Zac Griffin and Tyler Reid were both 1-for-3.
Caden Lodge took the loss on the mound going six innings and allowing five hits, seven runs, two earned, walked eight, struck out seven and hit one.
