T.R. Miller head football coach Jamie Riggs is currently gathering contact information for the team members and cheerleaders of the 1991 T.R. Miller Tiger state football champions.
The 20th year celebration is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, Sept. 23 and 24, when the Tigers meet the Andalusia Bulldogs. Invitations are in the works to be sent out so contact information is vital from everyone associated the with 1991 team.

Included in the invitation will be a schedule for the weekend. Also in the works for the weekend is a special 20th year video. Team members will be interviewed on Sunday, June 26, at the TRM Fieldhouse from 1:30 until 5 p.m. and these interviews will be included in the video. While a special video will be made, Riggs said they are also searching for a copy of the 1991 TRM highlight tape.

The 1991 T.R. Miller Tigers went 14-0 that season and defeated Deshler 46-6 for the state championship—the Tigers third title and first since 1984. Deshler had defeated Miller in overtime the year before for the championship and had won 28 straight games prior to the loss.
