Brandon and Rebecca James of Citronelle announce the birth of their daughter, Ava Julianne James, who was born July 8, 2011, at Mobile Infirmary. She weighed eight pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 3/4 inches long.
She is the granddaughter of Dallas Jr. and Luvenia Lakes of Springville, Ind., and Leo and Brenda James of Brewton. She is the great-granddaughter of Dallas Sr. and Edith Lakes of West Carrolton, Ohio, the late Ernest and Linda Cook of Waynesville, Ohio, Ralph and Lucille Henry of Waynesville, the late Walter and Doris Jacobson of Bay Minette and the late Ausie Lee and Ella James of Brewton.
