Mrs. Altona O’Bannon Wise, 70, of Spring, Texas, died Dec. 29, 2011. She was a native of Brewton and attended T.R, Miller High School. She had been a resident of Spring since 1969. She is preceded in death by her father. Charles Alton O’Bannon; her mother, Ila Mae (Miller) O’Bannon; a sister, Martha Ann (O’Bannon) Carden; her grandparents, Charles Phillip O’Bannon and Martha (Dunlavy) O’Bannon.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Phillip Wayne “Ace” Wise; three sons, Chris (Marjorie) Wise of Houston, Kevin Wise of Fort Worth, Texas, and Pat Wise of Spring; and two grandchildren, Zackary and Cassandra Wise.
Funeral services will be in the Chapel of Forest Park The Woodlands on Wednesday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m. with burial following.
