“This turned out to be a very good tournament,” T.R. Miller Lady Tiger head coach Greg White said. “All teams were pretty equal. I thought we did a nice job of putting ourselves in a position to win the tournament. We played two weeks ago in a tournament in Thomasville and we did not do a very good job of anything. So I was extremely proud of the effort that they gave today. It’s tough playing three or four games in a day. Some teams are able to handle it and some teams are not. I thought we handled it well today but we just came up a little short in the championship game. We were able to play a lot of kids and that will definitely help us out down the road.”
