The Brewton Mets 10-run ruled the Flomaton 2 team Thursday 12-2 in four inning to improve their record.
Daniel Reed pitched a one hitter in the win for the Mets and went 2-for-3 at the plate.
Also with hits for the Mets was Hunter Johnson who was 1-for-3 and Cameron Pope and Adam Holmes both going 1-for-2. Joseph Blackburn was 1-for-3 along with Donavan Weaver and Lyon Jernigan were both 1-for-1.

Brewton Yankees:
The Brewton Yankees went 2-1 in their recent three-game stretch.
Monday night, the Yankees pounded out 10 hits as they defeated the East Brewton Cardinals 16-3.
For Yankees Blake Jernigan was 2-for-3 with a triple and scored two runs while Stone Martin was 2-for-3 with a triple of his own and scored three runs.
Ty Harvell, Earl Dolithite and Brandon Coleman was 1-for-2 with one run scored.
Cole Jernigan was 2-for-2 with two runs scored while Brandon Smith scored two runs and J.D. Hartin and Jaxson Flores scored one run each.
Flores and Hartin pitched in the win going a combined three innings and allowing two hits, three runs, walked one and struck out four.
For the Cardinals, Bosarge was 1-for-2 and scored one run while T. McCall was 1-for-1. J. McCall and J. Stacey both scored one run each.
On the mound for the Cardinals, K. Wood and T. McCall pitched allowing nine hits, 16 runs, nine walks and struck out two in three innings.

Brewton Indians 11, Brewton Yankees 3
In the second game for the Yankees, the Brewton Indians took an 11-3 win over the Yankees.
For the Indians, Nolan Atkinson was 1-for-2 and scored two runs while Kyle Blevins was 1-for-1 and scored three runs.
Whitley Lisenby was 1-for-1 and scored two runs while Landon Simms was 1-for-2 and scored one run.
Wyn Brittain was 1-for-1 and scored one run while Miller Hart and McGowin Bethea also scored a run each.
Hart pitched in the win going three innings and allowed three hits, three runs, walked two and struck out six.
For the Yankees, Blake Jernigan, Landon Qualls, and Ty Harvell had one hit each while Logan Bush, Jaxson Flores, and Cole Jernigan scored one run each.
Bush pitched one inning and allowed no hits, six runs, walked six and struck out two.
Blake Jernigan pitched two innings, allowed five hits, five runs, walked and struck out three.

Yankees 13, EB Pirates 3
Thursday night, the Yankees 10-run ruled the East Brewton Pirates 13-3.
For the Yankees, Brandon Coleman was 2-for-2 and scored one run and Logan Bush was 1-for-3 with a double and scored two runs.
Stone martin was 1-for-1 with a double and scored one run while Jaxson Flores was 1-for-1 and scored one run. Hartin scored three runs while Jernigan, Smith, Qualls, Dolihite, and Mac Baxter scored one run each.
Jaxson Flores pitched three innings and allowed four hits, three runs, walked four and hit one batter while striking out five.
For the Pirates, Bradley Lowery and Jennings Hobbs were both 1-for-2 and scored one run while Isaac Smith and Matthew Murphy were both 1-for-1. Smith scored one run.
Hobbs and Lowery combined to pitch going three innings and allowing five hits, 13 runs, 11 walks and struck out seven.

EB Tigers 12, Flomaton 2
Shon Cooper and Turk Morton combined to pitch a no hitter for the Tigers against Flomaton Thursday night to get a 12-2 win.
The duo allowed two runs on 10 walks and struck out five.
At the plate, Caleb Sexton was 2-for-2 and Jordan Crane was 2-for-3. Dylan Ingram was 1-for-3 with a double and Marcus Dillard was 1-for-3. Jacob Bondurant was 2-for-3 with an inside-the-park homerun and Peyton Legett was 1-for-1 with a double.
For Flomaton, Joseph O’Bannon and Hunter Wilson pitched in the loss allowing nine hits, 12 runs, walked two and struck out nine.

Orioles 15, Canes 4
In softball action Thursday, the East Brewton Orioles claimed a 15-4 win over the Canes.
Haleigh Dubose and Katelynn Driskell combined for the win on the mound allowing two hits, four runs, walked five and struck out three.
Dubose was 3-for-3 with a triple and Tori Wyatt was 2-for-2. Jena Wyatt was 1-for-1.
For the Canes, Maegan Engle pitched and allowed six hits, 15 runs, 13 walks and struck out four.
Destiny Burnham and Engle both had hits in the loss for the Canes.

Orioles 12, Canes 8
In another game between the two teams, a game that saw no hits for either team, the Orioles came away with a 12-8 win.
Dubose and Abbie Sessions allowed no hits in the win as they allowed eight runs, nine walks and struck out four.
For the Canes, Alex Lambeth, Ashlyn Presley, and Engle combined to allow 12 runs, 14 walks and struck out two.

Yankees 4, Brewton Angels 2
In baseball action Thursday, the East Brewton Yankees doubled up the Brewton Angels 4-2.
Conner Huskey earned the win on the mound as he allowed four hits, two runs, walked five and struck out 12.
Kristian Taylor was 2-for-2 with a homerun and Tristan Majors was 1-for-3. Huskey had an inside-the-park homerun while Brandon Moye, Hunter Revel and Jeremy Sims all had hits.
For the Angels, Russell Smith and Drew Williamson pitched and allowed seven hits, four runs, walked three and struck out nine.
Williamson was 2-for-2 with a double and a triple while Hayden Atkinson was 2-for-3.
