Mrs. Annette Simmons, 69, died Monday, April 30, 2012. She was a native of Perdido and a resident of Flomaton for most of he life. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Simmons; a son, Tony Simmons; her mother, Perry Lee Strength and a brother, Edward Turner.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Nichols of Flomaton; a son, Tommy (Amber) Simmons of Flomaton; two daughters, Pauline (Gene) Chancery of Pineview, and Karen (Butch) Nall of Century, Fla.; a sister, Judy Towery of Milton, Fla.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 2, at Petty-Eastside Funeral Home with Brother Waylon Stuckey and the Rev. Chuck officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
