Alabama South Fishers of Men meet in Camden

The Alabama South Fishers of Men held their third team event on April 28 in Camden Alabama at Ellis Landing and the team of Lance Youngblood and Dale Westmoreland took first place.
In the Friday night meeting, there were 55 participants with 22 teams fishing on Saturday. Nineteen teams were represented at the meeting on Friday night.
In the tournament Saturday, Westmoreland could not fish, so Youngblood fished alone but brought in five fish that weighed 13.90 pounds.
The team of Wayne and Lisa Cox took second bringing in five fish that weighed 12.49 pounds.
Donnie and Bryan Moye took third place getting five fish that weighed in 12.24 pounds.
Bobby Cox and James Richerson weighed in five fish that weighed 12.05 pounds to take fourth place.
The team of Lavon White and Sammy Thomas took fifth place. A total of 79 fish brought to the scales that weighed a total of 135.96 pounds.
The next tournament will be the second Legacy event and it will be fished out of Cliffs landing in Baldwin County.
