William Edward Joyner

Mr. William Edward Joyner, 78, of Frazier Street in East Brewton, died Saturday, May 12, 2012 at his residence after an extended illness. He was a native and life long resident of Escambia County. He was a member of First Baptist Church of East Brewton, a U.S. Army veteran, a retired foreman from the pole division from T.R. Miller Mill Company with more than 40 years years of service, and a former employee of Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with more than 15 years of service.
He is survived by two daughters, Debra (Rodney) Hawkins of Brewton, and Cheryl Elaine Joyner of East Brewton; a brother, Tommy Joyner of East Brewton; a sister, Elizabeth Davenport of East Brewton; a grandson, Ryan Hawkins; and a great-grandchild, McKenzie Hawkins.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 15, at 11 a.m. at Fort Crawford Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Watts officiating.  Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
