William ‘Sambo’ Henry Harold III

Mr. William “Sambo” Henry Harold III, 52, of Schad Street, died Friday May 18, 2012 at his residence. He was a native of Lufkin, Texas and a long time resident of East Brewton. He was a 1977 graduate of W. S. Neal High School and worked as a pipefitter in the construction industry. He was of the Methodist faith and was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Renee Harold.
He is survived by three sisters, Brenda Harold (Greg) Roberson, Karen Harold (Billy Ray) Singleton and Sandra Kaye Harold, all of East Brewton; an aunt, Grace Harold Shell of East Brewton; a son, Christopher David Harold of Virginia; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 22, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Ray Singleton and Speaker Robert Jackson officiating. Burial followed in Fort Crawford Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
