The 2012 East Brewton 10U all-stars are currently 2-1 in their district tournament in Evergreen.
East Brewton started their tournament Friday after games were cancelled Thursday due to weather conditions in the area.
In their first game Friday against Andalusia, East Brewton lost 12-2. Andalusia led East Brewton 5-2 late in the game before adding seven runs in the fourth inning.
In a loser’s bracket game Saturday, East Brewton stayed alive with a 8-5 win over Tri-County.
In their game Sunday, East Brewton took down N.W. Escambia 13-1 behind the pitching of Dylan Ingram and Konner Wood.
East Brewton was scheduled to play in another elimination game Monday night in Evergreen. East Brewton was set to take on Covington County at 6 p.m.
With a win Monday, East Brewton would take on the winner of Flomaton and Andalusia at 8 p.m. With a loss, East Brewton would be eliminated.
