Both teams scored two runs each in the first inning and East Brewton followed with a run in the second inning to take a 3-2 lead. After a scoreless third inning, Andalusia tied the game in the top of the fourth inning. Neither team would score until the sixth inning when East Brewton was able to come away with the one-run win.
Jacoby Hawthorne earned the win on the mound for East Brewton going the complete game of six innings. He allowed three runs on three hits, walked three, hit one and struck out 15.
