Graham Janes, 83, of Mail Road in Castleberry in the Sandcut Community, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at his home after an extended illness.
He was a native and life-long resident of Conecuh County, and was a retired feed mill operator in the agriculture industry. He attended the New Haven Holiness Church and was a United States Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Madie Ryals Janes of Castleberry; four daughters, Catherine (Tommy) Stacey of Century, Fla., Janice (Larry) Wiggins of Castleberry, Wanda (David) Carroll of Locust Fork, and Melissa Burgess of Brewton; seven grandchildren; seveon great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 13 from 6 until 8:30 p.m. at Craver’s Funeral Home Inc.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Craver’s Funeral Home Inc., with Brother Wilbur “Gam” Graves officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Holiness Church Cemetery in Castleberry with Craver’s Funeral Home Inc., in charge of arrangements.
