Hattie Mae Culliver Jackson Floyd

Mrs. Hattie Mae Culliver Jackson Floyd, 89, died recently. She was an active member of the church and was a CPA at Evergreen Nursing Home for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam “Pick” and Maggie Culliver; and her husbands, Willie D. Jackson and Herbert S. Floyd.
She is survived by four sons, Willie James (Dorothy Ann), Franklin (Geneva), Herbert Jr., and Michael (Lydia); three daughters, Dr. Magnolia Jackson, Juanita Floyd and Jean Jackson; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ella Mae Middleton and Sarah Jackson; a brother, the Rev. Otis (Alice) Culliver; four sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Culliver, Willie Neal Culliver, Mildred Crosby and Sylvia Jesse; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 9, at 2 p.m. at Little Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Robert S. Gray officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
