Mr. Jack Titus Crutchfield, 81, of Flomaton, died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at a Century care facility after an extended illness. He was a native and former resident of Repton, before moving to the Flomaton area 60 years ago. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War. During his working years, he worked as a carpenter building homes. He attended the Lambeth Holiness Church and he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Frances Hale Crutchfield and daughter, Rhonelda Crutchfield.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Bertha Knowles Crutchfield of Flomaton; a son, Randall Keith Crutchfield of Pensacola, Fla.; two daughters, Judy (Mike) Boutwell  and Anita (Earl) Bradley both of Flomaton; a sister, Pollie Glass of Robertsdale; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 16, at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with Brother Philip Deane and Brother Andy Boutwell officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Home Holiness Church Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers were Michael Boutwell, Douglas Boutwell, Shon Haveard, Luke Mitchell, Anthony Glass, and Dusty Boutwell. Honorary pallbearers were Rich Berry, Kenny Hale, Gam Graves, Ed Rowell, Howard Ard, G.W. Birdsong and Samuel Lansdon.
