JDCC volleyball suffers loss to Southern Union

In their first home game in three weeks Thursday, the Jefferson Davis Community College Lady Warhawk volleyball team took a 3-0 loss to Southern Union. With the loss, JDCC fell to 0-11 overall and to 0-9 in conference play.
JDCC lost set one 26-24, set two 27-25 and set three 25-17. In set two, JDCC led 22-16 and 25-24 but took the loss by two.
JDCC will be back in action at home on Friday, Oct. 4, when they host Baptist College at 5 p.m.
