Altha Lee Caro

Ms. Altha Lee Caro, 77, a former resident of East Brewton died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, in a Milton nursing facility. She was a native of Conecuh County and a longtime resident of Escambia County. Ms. Caro was a 1954 graduate of Castleberry High School, a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by one brother, Chesley Caro of Brewton; one nephew Mike (Sandi) Caro of St. Charles, Mo.; one niece, Cathy (Will) Perry of Pace, Fla.
Visitation was held Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, from 10 until 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services were Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with speaker Mike Caro and the Rev. William Joyner officiating. Interment followed in weaver Cemetery of Brewton with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral home of Brewton in charge of arrangements.
