JDCC basketball drops first game of 2014 Saturday at MMI

In their first game of 2014 Saturday on the road at Marion Military, the Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk basketball team took a 10-point loss, 73-63.
JDCC was outscored 30-27 in the first half and 43-36 in the second half to take the loss.
JDCC fell to 2-5 overall with the loss.
No other stats or information was known as of press time.
JDCC will next be back in action Thursday at home against Bishop State. Game time is set for 7 p.m. at JDCC’s gym and will be the first conference game of the season this year for the Warhawks.
