College and career fair gives students glimpse at future (with photos)

W.S. Neal High School hosted a college and career fair Thursday, giving all four grades a chance to meet college representatives and representatives from area agencies and companies.

The career fair was organized by Escambia County career coach Shea Lambert and W.S. Neal guidance counselor Kimberly Corcoran.

Colleges participating included:

Reid State, ITT Tech, Fortis, Pensacola State College, Lincoln College Tech, AUM, Faulkner State University, University of South Alabama, Universal Technology Institute, University of West Florida, Troy and Alabama A&M.

Businesses and organizations participating included:

Covenant Hospice, Child Advocacy Center, Southern Pine, Brewton Police Department, Brewton Fire Department, Escambia County Sheriff’s Department, Alabama National Guard, and Department of Human Resources.
