Ms. Leslie Carmen, 45, died Thursday, Jan. 15, 2014, in an Opp hospital.
She was born in Mt. Clemens, Mich. and had been a resident of Opp for the past year. She worked as a customer service technician for Equifax and was an avid fan of Duran Duran. She was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith.
She is survived by her parents, Gary And Charlotte Parker of Brewton; sisters, Kim (Richard) Guerra of Brewton and Tammy (Bobby) Beal of Imlay City, Mich.; her brother, Okie Parker of Brewton; half brothers, Anthony “Tony” (Tina) Keene of Kentucky and David (Olivia) Keene of Kentucky; nieces, Olivia and Emma Guerra of Brewton; nephews, Okie and Dylan Parker of Mich.; and her boyfriend, Jason Barth of Opp.
Visitation was held on Monday, Jan. 20, 2014 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Craver’s Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Hampton officiating.
