CH ends T.R. Miller varsity’s season

The T.R. Miller varsity boys basketball team saw their season come to an end Friday night at Cottage Hill in the area tournament as they lost to the Warriors by 27 points, 57-30.
Chardian Johnson led T.R. Miller in the loss with 10 points.
Cottage Hill led T.R. Miller 8-4 after one quarter of play and 24-10 at the half following a 16-6 run by the Warriors in the second quarter.
In the third quarter, Cottage Hill continued their dominance over the Tigers as they pushed their lead to 23 points heading into the fourth quarter after outscoring the Tigers 22-13 in the quarter to lead 46-23.
In the fourth, Cottage Hill edged out T.R. Miller 11-7 to get the win.
T.R. Miller finished their season with a 5-15 record.
