TRM tennis teams fall in sectional tournaments

Both the T.R. Miller girls and boys tennis teams saw their seasons come to an end this week at their sectional tournaments in Montgomery.
The Lady Tigers scored five points off of a singles win and a doubles win in the tournament while the boys won four games but scored no points in their games played.
TRM girls singles:
• Morgan Manning- first round bye, lost 8-5 in semifinals
• Rebecca Quick- lost 8-2 to Prattville Christian
• Amelia Peach- lost 8-2 to Catholic
• Anne Catherine Campbell- first round bye, lost 8-1 to Trinity in semifinals
• Bridget Casey- lost 8-3 to Catholic
• Mary Allison Peace- won first round 8-6, lost in semifinals 9-7
Doubles:
•Manning/Peach- first round bye, lost in semifinals to Montgomery Academy 8-1
• Campbell/Quick- lost first round 8-6 to Prattville Christian Academy
• Peace/Casey- won first round 8-5, lost semifinals to Trinity 8-2
TRM boys singles:
• Christian Carlson- lost 10-0
• Travis Carlson- Lost 10-0
• Nash Diercks- Lost 10-1
• Trin Miller- Lost 10-1
• Stewart Campbell- Lost 10-0
• Garrett Cave- Lost 10-0
Doubles:
• C. Carlson/Miller lost 10-1
• Diercks/T. Carlson lost 10-1
• Cave/Campbell lost 10-0
