JDCC softball gets third seed in south, prepares for state tourney

The Jefferson Davis Community College Lady Warhawk softball team will compete in the ACCC Softball Tournament that is set to begin May 2.
The 2014 ACCC/Region 22 Softball Tournament is set to begin May 2 and will continue through May 4 at Veteran’s Park in Alabaster, AL.
Tournament seeds are as follows:
North
1. Wallace State-Hanceville
2. Shelton State
3. Calhoun
4. Snead State
Central
1. Southern Union
2. Central Alabama
3. Wallace-Dothan
4. Chattahoochee Valley
South
1. Faulkner State
2. Alabama Southern
3. Jefferson Davis
4. Bishop State
