Governor Robert Bentley on Monday will continue his Road to Economic Recovery Tour with a series of stops in Brewton.

The purpose of the Road to Economic Recovery Tour is to visit communities and discuss local economic conditions and state-level efforts to attract more jobs to Alabama. Bentley will meet with area residents and business owners to discuss these topics and other important local issues.

Bentley’s visit to Escambia County will include lunch at Acapulco restaurant at noon, followed by a small business roundtable hosted by the chamber of commerce at 1:30 p.m. The tour will conclude with a visit to city hall and the police station at 2:30 p.m.
