Bentley taps Jordan as Circuit Judge

Alabama Governor Robert Bentley has appointed District Judge Dave Jordan as Circuit Judge to fill the unexpired term of retiring Judge Brad Byrne. The appointment is effective Tues., July 1.
Jeff White was appointed to replace Jordan as District Judge.
