All four local basketball teams heading to sub-regional play

All four local high school basketball teams will play in the sub-regional round of the basketball playoffs today and Tuesday.
Girls sub-regional games will be played Monday while boys games will be played on Tuesday. Area champions will host area runner-ups in those games.
TRM’s Lady Tigers will host Abbeville Monday night in Brewton at 6 p.m. while WSN’s Lady Eagles will travel to Clarke County.
In boys games, TRM will travel to Pike County Tuesday while WSN whill host Clarke County.
Winners of the sub-regional games will advance to the South Regionals in Dothan.
If TRM’s Lady Tigers win Monday, they will play in Dothan at 6 p.m. on Sat., Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. against Cottage Hill or Wicksburg.
WSN’s Lady Eagles would play at 9 a.m. Saturday against Bullock County or Ashford. TRM’s boys would play at 4:30 p.m. Saturday against Daleville or Cottage Hill while WSN’s boys would play at 10:30 a.m. Saturday against Dadeville or Montgomery Catholic.
