Baldwin County slams TRM softball

Baldwin County struck for four runs in the first inning and ended the game on a grand slam homerun to defeat T.R. Miller’s Lady Tigers Thursday 13-1 in five innings. The loss dropped TRM to 8-3 overall.
TRM was held to one run over five innings while BCS added four in the first inning, four in the fourth and five in the fifth to get the win by 12.
TRM had only four hits in the loss. No hitting stats were known as of press time.
Taylor Austin took the pitching loss as she went four innings and allowed eight hits, eight runs, walked one and struck out four.
