A single-vehicle crash at 6:50 p.m. Friday, May 1, claimed the life of a Chickasaw man.  Reginald LaBarron Chambers, 27, was killed when the 2005 Hummer he was driving left the roadway and struck a bridge pylon. Chambers was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on Interstate 65 at the 62 mile marker 12 miles north of Atmore. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
