It just got more affordable for area families to attend the October Brewton Chamber of Commerce PCA rodeo.

This year’s “gold buckle” sponsor, Peach Chevrolet, has doubled its sponsorship amount – a move designed to make admission tickets more affordable to fans, said Rodeo Chairman and Chamber member Clay Lisenby.

“This increase in financial support made it possible for the chamber to secure a contract with 3-R Rodeo Company that is allowing us to set our own lower ticket prices and still remain within the limits of our budget,” Lisenby said. “The chamber is very grateful to Peach Chevrolet for their contribution toward making this year’s rodeo affordable for more families to attend.”

The two-day event will be held on Oct. 16 and 17 at Brewton’s O’Bannon Park. Tickets are $10 for adults; $5 for children 12 and under, and available at the chamber, Jus Do and Brewton Mill Federal Credit Union.
