The following are arrest and incident reports for the week of July 9 to July 15.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 204 complaints and served 85 civil papers.

Arrested were:

• Earle Dailey, 64, of Atmore for assault II.

• Arthur D. Sanders, 56, of Atmore for intimidating a witness and terrorist threat.

• Jessica A. Dixon, 40, of Brewton for utility diversion and tampering.

• Marquis D. Boston, 36, of Brewton for seven counts of negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Jerry J. Barlow, 41, of Walnut Hill, Fla., for unauthorized use of a vehicle and one count of theft of property.

• Jerry L. Smith, 55, of Brewton for negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Kellie B. Kennedy, 42, of Brewton for negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Billy W. Blackwell, 72, of Brewton for negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Ryan A. Drummnond, 22, of Uriah failure to appear.

• Billy W. Blackwell, 73, of Brewton for negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

• John W. Leino, of Brewton for harassment.
