Brewton Youth Football has great outing versus Poarch

The Brewton Youth Football League competed against Poarch on Saturday. The Freshmen, Sophomores and Seniors picked up wins to remain undefeated for the season.

 

Freshmen:

Brewton 19, Poarch 12

Leading the team was Anteion Dees with eight carries for 199 yards and two touchdowns; Josiah Payne with six carries for 64 yards and a touchdown; and Josiah Hall with three tackles.

 

Sophomores:(0-2)

Brewton 0, Poarch 26

Leading the team was James Kiser with seven carries for 52 yards; RJ Smith with five carries for 40 yards; and Braxton Crawford with four tackles.

 

Juniors: (2-0)

Brewton 20, Poarch 6

Leading the team was Christopher Williams with five carries for 65 yards 2 TD, 4 catches for 58 yards TD; Nathan Commander, 5-for-5 passing for 50 yards; and JJ Montgomery and Marshall Lovelace both with 6 tackles.

 

Seniors: (2-0)

Brewton 8, Poarch 7

Leading team was Jim Daugherty, 2-for-6 passing for 30 yards; Broox Hart with reception for 7 yards and a touchdown; and Christan Autrey with seven tackles.
