Halloween will be observed this year on Oct. 31 in Brewton and East Brewton.

Trick-or-Treating will be from 5-8 p.m.

The Brewton Standard will again be hosting its annual picture event at its office at 407 St. Nicholas Avenue from 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Pictures will be $1 each or three for $5. All participants will be featured in a special photo edition in the Nov. 9 edition.
