A Flomaton man was arrested Wednesday for two counts of second degree rape. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is reporting Trey Alexander Weeks, 20, was charged following allegations from a Feb. 10 complaint involving two females under the age of 16.

The Atmore Police Department, Flomaton Police Department and Poarch Police Department assisted with the investigation. The case will be presented to an Escambia County Grand Jury for further prosecutorial efforts.

Weekes remains in the Escambia County Detention Center awaiting bond hearing.
