The Escambia County Softball tournament will begin this Fri., April 7 at the Coastal Alabama Community College softball field.

Games will continue until Sat., April 8, in which a first place trophy will be awarded to the winner.

Competing in the tournament will be T.R. Miller, W.S. Neal, Flomaton and Escambia County.

Scheduled games are:

Fri., April 7

• 3:30 p.m., WSN vs. FHS; and,

• 5 p.m., ECHS vs. TRM.

Sat., April 8

• 9 a.m., FHS vs ECHS;

• 10:30 a.m., WSN vs. ECHS;

• noon, TRM vs FHS; and,

• 1:30 p.m., TRM vs WSN.

The first team listed will occupy the third base dugout. A coin toss will determine the home team of each game.

Admission is $5.
