During the week of May 20, 2017, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 208 complaints and 3 domestic calls; served 62 civil papers; and performed 54 transports, 1 domestic escort and 3 funeral escorts. Arrested were:

Byron Law, 30, of Brewton, for inmate possession of cellphone.

Anastasio Moore, 39, of Brewton, for inmate possession of cellphone.

Edward D. Sims, 47, of Castleberry, for domestic violence III.

Earl J. Lane, 33, of Brewton, for failure to appear.
