During the week of July 1, 2017, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 234 complaints and 13 domestic calls; served 40 civil papers; and performed 39 transports, 4 domestic escort and 2 funeral escorts. Arrested were:

Joseph F. Watson, 61, of Brewton, for probation violation

Christopher S. Gabel, 26, of East Brewton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful distribution of a controlled substance

Sarah A. Bradley, 39, of East Brewton, for harassing communications

Melissa N. Ward, 40, of Repton, for violation of probation

John E. McDowell Sr., 41, of Atmore, for promoting prison contraband

Eric J. Williams, 19, of Atmore, for attempting to elude, disorderly conduct, burglary III, and theft of property

Percy R. Nero, 37, of Atmore, for revocation of community corrections

Christina R. Hawks, 43, of Brewton, for probation violation

Michael S. Wickliffe, 47, of Brewton, for reckless endangerment

Jason Blaney, 38, of Jay, Fla., for two counts of school employee sexual contact to a student

Clifford D. Comalander, 20, of Flomaton, for minor in possession of alcohol

Earnest Creamer, 31, of Century, Fla., for receiving stolen property

Sharon D. McKinzie, 58, of Atmore, for assault III, and child abuse
