T.R. Miller baseball is getting ready to hit off with Coach Kevin Madden 3^rd year as head coach.

Madden said he’s excited about the season, and is happy with the leadership of his returning players.

“They know what is expected and they are very well prepared for what’s to come this season,” Madden said.

“It’s about them, it’s their legacy,” said Madden. He said he wants the team to leave a legacy for the next group of guys who come through as T.R. Miller baseball players.

Madden said he feels real good about the coaching staff, where Jeff Waldrop is the head for the JV football team, and Charlie German helps with JV. Hall of Fame player, Brandon Williams, a graduate at Myles College will also be helping out with the T.R. Miller baseball team.

T.R. Miller will also host the county tournament 20-23. Flomaton, W.S. Neal, and Escambia County are the other schools participating in the county tournament.
