Raines said that the store will be the typical Factory Connection store with fashion, and most likely shoes and home décor.

“Our bigger stores have shoes and home décor,” he said.

Factory Connection is based out of Guntersville and has more than 300 stores in 16 states.

It offers a wide selection of brand name fashions in juniors, misses, plus, men’s, young men’s, accessories and shoes.

Factory Connection offers prices that are 25 percent to 70 percent below retail.

Stores range from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet.

Brewton Mayor Yank Lovelace was excited about the announcement.

“It seems like the news in town just keeps getting better! We are excited to welcome a new retailer here, and look forward to doing all we can to help them succeed and grow in our city.”
