Christopher Roderick Ellis is the 2018 recipient of the Bernice Hollinger Memorial Scholarship given by the George W. Hollinger Sr. Foundation Inc., annually.

Ellis is the son of Rodney and Christy Ellis and resides in Brewton.

He has been accepted to the Andrew F. Brimmer College of Business and Information Science with a major in computer science at Tuskegee University.

He will begin attendance at Tuskegee this fall.
