Lucian Ray Harden

Mr. Lucian Ray Harden, 54, passed away Nov. 12, 2018 at his Flomaton residence.
Mr. Harden was born in Dothan, and had been a resident of Flomaton for the past 28 years, coming from Pontotoc, Miss. He had worked as a truck driver, after completing the truck driving program at Reid State. He played lead guitar and sang backup vocals for the “31 South Band.” He was an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide, and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Harden was preceded in death by his father, Bob Harden, a retired state trooper.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Martha Morgan of Flomaton; his mother, Sheila (Billy) Lewelling of Hernando, Miss.; a son, Christopher (Rachel) Morgan of Flomaton; a daughter, Stacey (Ruben) Orosco of Spanish Fort; sisters, Ellen (Stacy) Turnage of Pontotoc, Miss., Heather (Ron) Brandon of Pontotoc, Miss., Beth (Ben) Loveland of Rabun Gap, Ga., and Amanda (Andy) Smith of Pontotoc, Miss.; four grandchildren, Grace Orosco, Ruben Orosco, III, Ashlynn Morgan, and Haylyn Morgan.
A funeral service was held on Sat., Nov. 17, 2018 at 5 p.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Bro. Ron Harden officiating.
Visitation was held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Saturday from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m.
