McBride search enters day six
The search for 74 year-old, Eva McBride continues this morning as search teams begin the sixth day of searching for McBride. McBride disappeared last Friday night from her Pollard home. Numerous law enforcement agencies, emergency services, search and rescue organizations and volunteers have been out in full force this week, trying to locate McBride. Air and waterways continue to be searched around the residence and community of Pollard. “We are treating this as a abduction case at this point,” said Escambia County Sheriff Grover Smith.
McBride suffered from a slight case of dementia but it is unsure if that contributed in this case. Crews have started searching new grids around the Pollard area today and will continue the search until she is found. The public are asked to report any information that could help in this case to the Escambia County Sheriffs Office.
