Audrey Douglas Boyd, 97, of Brewton, Ala. passed away Sun. Dec.  8, 2019,  after a brief illness. She was a native of Roseboro, North Carolina, A former resident of Washington Township, New Jersey and a long time resident of Brewton.  Mrs. Boyd was a member of the East Brewton First Baptist Church, She attended W.S. Neal School System, and was a Homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husband- Leonidas Les Boyd, Jr.; s son, Craig Boyd; her brothers, Harold Douglas, Homer Douglas and Carson Douglas.

She is survived by her two sons, John (Johnnie Clyde) Boyd of Brewton and Kyle (Martha) Boyd of Asheville, NC.; a daughter-in-law- Sue Boyd of Brewton; a sister,  Dorothy Maddox of East Brewton; a brother, Carson Douglas of East Brewton; seven grandchildren- Angel Boyd, John Boyd, Lee Boyd,  Kelli Grace, Michael Boyd, Hallie Boyd, Mary Mac; seven great grandchildren, Jennings, Douglas, Logan, Easton, Hundley, Collins, Emma Casey

Visitation will be held Thurs., Dec.12, 2019,  from 1PM until 2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton, Ala.

Funeral Services are scheduled for Thurs., Dec. 12, 2019, at 2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral  Home with Rev. Larry Watts officiating.

Interment will follow in Fort Crawford Cemetery East Brewton, Ala. with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
