Mrs. Lucille Margaret Sellers Nelson, 87, of East Brewton, Ala. passed away Fri., Jan. 3, 2020 in a Century, Fla., nursing facility after a brief illness. She was a native of Santa Rosa, Fla. and a long time resident of East Brewton. Mrs. Nelson was of the Holiness Faith, a  graduate of Munson High School, and was retired from the Florida Division of Forestry as a forest fire tower observer.

Lucille is preceded in death by her daughter, Chandler Sue Garrett.

She is survived by her two daughters, Maxine (Ronnie) Smith of Brewton and Debra (Russell) Padgett of East Brewton; a son-in-law,  Tommy Garrett of Brewton; a sister,  Thelma (Rev. Jerry) Lynn of Paxton, Fla; a grandchild, Weston (Kelsey) Garrett of Pace, Florida.

A time of visitation was held Sun., Jan. 5, 2020 from 1PM until 2PM at Williams Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton, Ala.

Funeral Services were scheduled for Sun., Jan. 5, 2020, at 2PM at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Lynn officiating.

Interment followed in Green Acres Cemetery Brewton, Ala. with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton, Ala. directing.
