A total of four wrestlers from Escambia County traveled to Huntsville over the weekend for the state wrestling tournament:

182 lbs: Colin Stinson (W.S. Neal)

195 lbs: Orlando Gandy (T.R. Miller)

220 lbs: Ean Carpenter (T.R. Miller)

285 lbs: J.H. Hurley (W.S. Neal)

Ean Carpenter (T.R. Miller) placed 6th in the State at 220 lbs, becoming the first wrestler in Escambia County to place at the AHSAA State Wrestling Tournament.

For the season, W.S. Neal finished as the #1 dual team in the state amongst 1st and 2nd year programs, while T.R. Miller finished 5th. The following are the overall dual records and classifications of the new programs in the state:
