Herrington’s Florists, Inc. of Brewton is opening a second floral shop in Flomaton. Announced last week, the new addition will be called Herrington’s II on Highland, LLC.
“We felt like it was an opportunity to help the community there,” said owner Ronny Herrington.
After serving in the floral industry for 37 years, the family is excited for the new opportunity. “We want to meet the needs that the people may have,” said Pat Herrington. “We want to learn the people and serve the town and the surrounding community,” added Ronny. Offering fresh and silk flowers, the shop is a full service florist for events, funerals, and weddings, etc.
The shop will offer every day gift items including bridal, baby, gourmet food, party accessories, clothing, jewelry, candles, home decor, and more. “It will be a wide variety of items,” said Ronny.
Joining the staff is Florist Kris White. “Kris has worked in the floral industry for over 20 years in Flomaton,” said Ronny. Looking forward to its opening in August 2020, Ronny commented, “It is a good town and we hope to get involved in the community.”
Herrington’s II on Highland, LLC is located behind Flomaton Funeral Home at 420 Highland Avenue in Flomaton.
