ECHA releases bi-weekly report

The number of COVID-19 cases continue to rise across the county. According to the Alabama Department of Public Health, 1,044 cases have been confirmed in Escambia County at approximately 10 a.m. Friday morning. At D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital 198 cases of the virus have been confirmed within the facility. Currently there are 31 cases pending at this time. Due to the rise in cases, the new mask health order will expire on August 31, at 5 p.m.
